We take a common-sense approach to underwriting: all approvals are made in-house by our partner, and we are dedicated to providing a quick response to time-sensitive loans. We can usually close within 3-4 weeks but can move much faster depending on circumstances.

Interest Rates: Varies but usually between 8%-13% depending on the project
Loan Terms: 12 months to 360 months
Origination Fees: 2% to 5%
